***All registered Plungers will receive a commemorative T-shirt, an all day food pass, two spectator passes so friends and family can watch you take the Plunge, and you will get to stay and enjoy Aquatica all day (water in rides is heated)

WHEN: Saturday, January 21. 9:00 a.m. registration. 11:00 a.m. official Plunge start. Plunge end time – approximately 12:30 p.m.

WHERE: Aquatica, SeaWorld’s water park. 1 Waterplay Way, off of International Dr.

WHY ARE PEOPLE PLUNGING? Warm-hearted Floridians will be freezin’ for a very good reason: all proceeds support Special Olympics Florida, which provides year-round sports training and competition to children and adults with intellectual disabilities at no cost to the athlete or their caregiver, as a means to achieve physical fitness, self-esteem and life skills necessary to be a productive, respected and contributing members of their communities.

Polar Plunges are some of the most popular and successful Special Olympics fundraising events in the nation and now Floridians are diving into the fun too!
