Two Local Bloggers Cook Up Recipes for Lipman

Lipman Produce is trusted, over 70 years old, family owned and now too outgoing and smart as they now have some new recipes for you to try out! Katie Jasiewicz of Katie’s Cucina and Jaclyn Fishman of Food + Words each created an original tomato-based recipes using the company’s tomatoes. They were two of 11 bloggers involved in the nationwide collaboration.

Katie created a recipe for Candied, Smoked Cherry Berries with Paprika and Bacon and Jaclyn created a Spicy Bloody Mary.

Lipman Kitchen also includes a section called “Ask Our Farmer” – an extension of the company’s Access to the Acre philosophy – a program that connects customers with the farmers that grow their fruits and vegetables. Here, site visitors can ask questions about fresh produce and receive answers from Lipman’s farmers.

In addition to the blogger recipes, the new website launch is supported by increased in-store marketing, as well as a social media presence that includes Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
