Taverna Opa Orlando will host a food demo at Williams-Sonoma in Mall at Millenia on 7/21/12 offering gourmet bites and easy how-to’s on Greek cuisine.

Guests should expect to learn about how to prep, cook and serve three dishes and will leave with user-friendly recipes!

This Saturday from 12- 3 p.m., the Taverna Opa Orlando team will do an interactive demonstration at Williams-Sonoma at Mall at Millenia *Upper level (4200 Conroy Road Orlando, FL)

Striving to immerse customers in the Greek culture, the team will share step-by-step instructions for prepping, cooking and serving the Mediterranean cuisine.

The following dishes will be prepared onsite and samples will be available:

• Tzatziki
• Opa Ekmek (Dessert)
• Arni Exohiko- Village Lamb

As a take-home, guests will receive three recipes cards to experiment with Greek cuisine.

We also heard that Taverna Opa Orlando will soon begin to sell homemade spreads-, hummus, tzatzikiand other traditional items- at farmers’ markets in Central Florida.
