We were very luck to meet the very talented and smart Phillip Rosado (serious photo below) and his partner Alcia Rosado (photo coming soon) at their new salon “Educe Salon”
Mr Rosado was proud to tell us that they signed a 5 year lease and are excited to be in the Mills 50 neighborhood!
