So excited to learn the news today from Dawn Viola herself! She will be starting this week for Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, overseeing their 2000 square foot production and teaching kitchens. In addition, she serves on the board of directors as Education Chair for the American Culinary Federation, Central Florida.
