Sarah Brightman’s “Dreamchaser” World Tour to Visit Orlando!

In January of 2013, global recording artist and world’s best-selling soprano Sarah Brightman will begin her Dreamchaser World Tour, which will include more than 100 concert dates on five continents. The first leg of the tour will kick off in North America on January 29, 2013 and visit cities across the U.S. and Canada, with more international dates to be announced soon.

Brightman plays the Amway Center in Orlando on October 8, 2013.

Sarah Brightman, released her new track “Angel” and the recording is now available for free download via Brightman’s newly launched website www.SarahBrightman.com. The track is taken from her highly anticipated new album Dreamchaser, which will be released on January 22, 2013.

“Angel,” a collaboration with veteran producer Mike Hedges known for his iconic work with the likes of U2, The Cure and Dido, has been co–produced by Sally Herbert and mixed by Tom Elmhirst (Adele, Amy Winehouse).  “Angel” was released digitally by various online retailers including iTunes and Amazon on October 16, 2012.

Over the past two and a half decades, Sarah Brightman has distinguished herself as the world’s biggest selling soprano of all time with global sales reaching over 30 million units.  She has received more than 180 gold and platinum awards in over 40 countries. Brightman pioneered the classical crossover music movement and is the only artist to have simultaneously topped the Billboard dance and classical music charts.

She was also the first artist to have been invited to perform the official theme songs at the Olympic Games on two occasions. The first was at the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, which was followed 16 years later by a performance at the opening ceremony in Beijing.

Brightman recently accepted the UNESCO nomination to be an “Artist for Peace” Ambassador for her “commitment to humanitarian and charitable causes.”  She has appeared in several films, including Repo! The Genetic Opera (2008), directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, and Stephen Evans’ First Night (2011).
