Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Opening 1st Orlando Location at Waterford Lakes Town Center

Two Locations planned for Orlando!

We will be back with more details on the other location soon! (shhhh it’s on International Drive we hear!)

Orlando’s first Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants will open on Monday, April 28 at 529 N. Alafaya Trail in the Waterford Lakes Town Center. The 10,314-square-foot restaurant will offer indoor and outdoor seating, with occupancy for more than 330 guests. The location will be the second in Florida, and the first of two restaurants to open in the Orlando market this year.

Wine lovers Tim and Dana McEnery opened the first Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in 2005 in Orland Park. The operation also includes a tasting room component at all of its restaurants which gives visitors the chance to sample Cooper’s Hawk’s award-winning proprietal wines in a traditional winery setting alongside a full-service restaurant with a broad, contemporary American cuisine menu.  This natural coupling reflects Tim McEnery’s dual passions for food and wine, having worked in restaurants since his youth, and later, his frequent travels to California’s wine country, as well as other wine regions in the United States.
