Community Hatha Yoga is a balanced experience of energetic movement and gentle relaxation. This class is appropriate for practitioners of all levels focusing on the importance of mindfulness and body awareness. Each class ends in savasana – a resting posture allowing the body to fully integrate our practice. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Bring a yoga mat. Registration recommended.
