Spring Into Good Health With Yoga

Join Michelle from Soul-Ga Yoga for a five-week series that will help improve patience and increase relaxation. Learn breathing techniques designed to ease stress as well as deep stretching movements to release all tensions. All levels welcome. Attendees are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing and bring their own mat.
