Yoga for Every Body

Join us for an introductory yoga class, designed to work on the basics in a safe, comfortable setting. Yoga uses postures, called asanas, and conscious breathing to develop awareness of the body, build strength and flexibility, and provide relaxation. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
