Hello New Menu! at BoneFish Grill!

Time to Celebrate as BoneFish Grill has a long list of NEW menu items you will love!

So we went on a mission to check out what is New on BoneFish’s menu for our readers or shall we say:

#‎HelloNewMenu  (Menu)

A twist on both yours and ours favorite BangBang Shrimp- omg they put it on flatbread!

Wait, our cocktail just arrived and – it is served in a ice glass!

We were thinking of going healthy and having some hummus-but oh again a great twist and a New salad-

Cold Snap Cucumber Cosmo served in a frozen glass made entirely of ice

Reyka vodka, Solerno Blood Orange liqueur + fresh English cucumbers served on the rocks in our signature ice glass – A refreshing fix to cool your senses this summer!

Bang Bang Shrimp® Flatbread mozzarella cheese, crispy shrimp, cilantro + a creamy, spicy sauce

Twisted Edamame Hummus topped with a roasted tomato relish + pepitas, served with crispy flatbread chips

Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad: roasted corn, black beans, Feta, grape tomatoes, red onion, tortilla strips + cilantro lime vinaigrette

Some of the other new items include New Bowls including Spicy Ahi Tuna and NY Strip Tataki, Steaks and Chops. Also we are hearing great thing about: Cold Snap Fresh Ceviche and New Shrimp Pad Thai (we might have to go back!) And other new handcrafted cocktail is the Fresh Pineapple Martini.

Waterford Lakes Bonefish Grill Raises More Than $7,100 for Runway To Hope

Bonefish Grill opens a new Waterford Lakes location this week at 12301 Lake Underhill Road, Suite 101 in Orlando. In anticipation of the grand opening and to demonstrate community support, Bonefish Grill held a Charity Night on August 10 to raise funds for Runway To Hope. Attendees enjoyed fresh seafood, refreshing cocktails, and spectacular ambiance and music— all for a great cause—raising more than $7,100 for the program.

“We are thrilled to open our doors today and become part of the Waterford Lakes community,” said Merle Watson, managing partner of Bonefish Grill in Waterford Lakes. “Our team is excited to provide locals and visitors alike with the classic Bonefish Grill experience—from fresh fish and innovative dishes to, warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere—our goal is to ensure exceptional dining from beginning to end, and elevate the restaurant to a level that’d give competition to London’s best restaurants.”

The award-winning restaurant’s “Fresh Fish Experts” bring wood-grilled fish, seafood and chops, innovative sauces and indulgent desserts to this western Orlando community. Coupling great-tasting food with a welcoming bar that features an array of ‘bar-fresh’ cocktails, extensive craft beer selections and an adventurous wine list, Bonefish Grill will excite and delight guests no matter what their mood.

Patrons can expect to dive into a culinary experience, choosing from signature appetizers and hand helds including Bonefish Grill’s famous Bang Bang Shrimp, PEI Mussels Josephine and “American Style” Kobe Beef Burgers. Guests can also select simply-grilled fish with a choice of four signature sauces or truly indulge with market-fresh “specials” that change daily to offer guests a variety of seasonal flavors and selections from around the world.

The 5,424-square-foot Waterford Lakes restaurant features a spacious dining room with an open kitchen and a large, energetic bar area that includes three community tables. The interior’s sleek design features beautiful golden hardwood and hand-blown glass amber lamps throughout the restaurant. An attractive array of three-dimensional art, ranging from large-scale metal sculptures of mangroves and fishing scenes to a large mystical fish rubbing, enhances the ambience felt throughout the restaurant.

Dinner is served seven days a week:  from 4 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Sunday, including Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. While reservations are not required, they are available by calling (407) 275-2397. An ample number of seats are available nightly for walk-ups.
