As reported in Orlando Business Journal: 

“Want Trader Joe’s in Dr. Phillips? Public meetings scheduled this month”

Plans for Orlando-based Unicorp National Developments Inc.’s proposed $12 million Parkside at Dr. Phillips project — which would be anchored by Monrovia, Calif.-based niche grocer Trader Joe’s — will be the topic of discussion at two public meetings this month:

A community meeting is scheduled for Jan. 21 at 6 p.m. at Dr. Phillips Elementary School, 6909 Dr. Phillips Blvd. in southwest Orlando.

The Orange County Commission will discuss the project at its Jan. 28 meeting at 2 p.m. at the Orange County Administration Building, 201 S. Rosalind Ave. in downtown Orlando.
